doctor's orders. I'm on antibiotics and an inhaler, have chest X rays and a Covid-19 test scheduled for today. I know I can have SOME control over something though, what I put into my mouth! so I will still try my best to help my fitness/health by thinking of our May Weight Loss Challenge.
