I don't mind at all stepping up and being the team captain if everyone is okay with that. I use excel all day at work, I can easily work a spreadsheet for this.
I know I wasn't the biggest loser! heh. That's okay, it happens.
Going home tomorrow and looking forward to getting my food back on track. I'm afraid to step on the scale but I think I did way better than I'm imagining. I think a full week of lots of water and protein and it will be okay!!
