@mhill - I'm also sending positive thoughts your way. I hope you get it, lady!

@pink - Even though you might be uncomfortable, I do hope you enjoy it. Just think of it this way, you'll knock them off their feet next year after you've lost more weight! (I know this from personal experience as I went to my boyfriend's family reunion this past summer and felt like a blimp but it's all good as now I have next year to look forward to.)

Hope all you ladies are doing well today. Will be doing my walk later this evening so looking forward to that (a little bit anyways). Excited to hear how everyone did this week tomorrow.

On vacation in birthday cake city. My jerk family has managed to make me feel like crap all over again, on top of traveling alone with two small children... I'm so ready to go home. I actually weighed in Wednesday before I left and it was 203. I'm sure I gained since then although I've been continuing my c25k it's not enough.

Oh well. I go home Monday night. Can't wait.

@Pac - So sorry your family made you feel like crap. Just know your 3FC family is here to lift you up. And don't worry about a possible couple pounds gained. You'll lose it in no time!

Only a 1.2 lb loss for me this week. Kind of disappointed (as I aim for 2) but a loss is a loss. I'll cough it up to doing very little exercise compared to other weeks. TIME TO STEP IT UP, AM I RIGHT?!

Anywho, good luck to all my beauties.

Hello team. I am sorry to say that angeline has to leave the competition. Life happens and atm it has happened to her. :\ I will be both yours and the lovely leaves team captain for now. My question for you is: Is anyone willing to step up and be the team captain for autumn beauties?

What are the responsibilities of the team captain?

I wouldn't mind stepping up to being team captain, if it's mostly just making the threads every Sunday night, keeping track of weights, and being encouraging! I can handle all that. Or if someone else wants too, that's fine. I don't mind either way. I'm on here every Sunday night no matter what pretty much. It's Monday - Friday that I'm not usually home. But I try to always sign in every day since it's keeping me accountable.
On a different note, I made stir fry today with cut up steak, whole grain noodles, veggies, and some stir fry sauce that was only 15 calories per serving. It was super yummy. However, I somehow almost set our stove on fire. I saw flames! My husband came running out because I shrieked and pulled the pan off the stove burning myself slightly in the process. It turned out yummy though, and I didn't burn down the apartment complex, thank goodness.

Basically exactly what meliz said. I have a spreadsheet on google docs for the numbers to be imputed. I was doing the threads for both teams which I can continue to do no problem. The main duties of a team lead would be to imput the numbers on the spread sheet (has to be done monday, paying close attention to the last time the weigh in posts were edited to ensure the weigh was imputed by the deadline) and report to their team the biggest loser of the team for the week etc. Also encourage the team and keep track of freebies used. I will do the stats for both teams meaning figuring out the overall biggest loser and comparing results to figure out which team won for the week.

on a note of the biggest loser for week 1. Mhill, I owe you a huge apology. In imputing the numbers in the spreadsheet I accidentally gave another players starting weight to meliz which gave her a 5 lb loss and overall biggest loser. When in actuality is was you who was the biggest loser of week 1 ! I will edit the posts as needed CONGRATULATIONS and I am sooo sorry. Just goes to show what happens when I try to pull double duty

Sibi and mhill- what's with this "only" business?? You guys are doing great and your "only" losses will turn into a huge loss all together!

Thanks for helping run our team SMS! You've done awesome at keeping everything together.

Meli thanks for stepping up and volunteering!

And thanks again Sibi for the support and encouragement. I spent a wonderful day with my husband's family and basically told my dad that I am not participating in his "conversation." I will not tolerate being made fun of, watching my kid get bullied by his cousins and having my parenting choices criticized and joked about. It's not up for discussion, I'm a really good mom and that's all that matters to me, and screw anyone else. Lol.

Going home tomorrow and looking forward to getting my food back on track. I'm afraid to step on the scale but I think I did way better than I'm imagining. I think a full week of lots of water and protein and it will be okay!!

Glad to hear you set things straight, Pac!

And grats to Mhill on both the biggest loser of last week and 45 lbs lost!

Last evening I did a 3.3 mile walk. I honestly think I lost every little bit of water weight I might have possibly had. Today is yoga day AND I WILL NOT SKIP IT (the chanting going on in my head)! After yoga I do plan on taking a walk though maybe not as hard pushed as yesterdays.

I'm getting soooo close to onelander that I can almost taste it so I'm really going to start pushing myself pretty hard. I'm going to be visiting my family for Thanksgiving (with the boyfriend in tow) and would absolutely love to be below 190. I suppose it's something of a mini goal. If I can hit 185 which is one of my big goals then I'll be absolutely ecstatic.
