Thanks SMS for the postage. We really appreciate it.

Thank you Meg for your kind words. Helps when you're feeling down.

Good luck on vacation, Pac! Don't stress it too much and enjoy your week!

Meliz - The weight you gave me when you signed up was higher than that so that is the weight I went by.

Today was a low energy day for me. Can't be high all the time... I had a headache and didn't manage to do as much as I wanted, but at least I met my minimum daily goal. Tomorrow is another day.

PacSunMama - Have fun in Arizona!

KamsMoMa - Turbo Fire sounds great. You doing HIIT has got me very insterested in starting it myself. Do you use an interval timer? How do you time your intervals?

According to our weigh-in thread, as a team we've lost 45.1 lbs or 1.81% of our total weight! Yay!

@mega-When I do HIIT on the treadmill I usually warm up for 2mins @ 2.5 and then go from there. I actually use the timer on my treadmill.. What I do is I'll go as hard as I can @ 6.5mph for 30 to 40 secs and walk for a 1:10 @ 3.0mph or until my HR drops down to about 150 and then I will repeat to raise HR into my fat burning zone which is 180-185 for me. I will repeat this for 10 reps and then walk @ 3.0-3.5 for the remainder 5 min. I suggest using a HR monitor especially if you start HIIT training.

My goal is to be able to do 1 min on(intense training) & 1 min off(rest)...The plus to this type of training is that you only need it 3 days a week for no more than 15-20 min if you do it correctly..

Check in time!

Not much to really say. Looks like I might be getting a new job involving more money so that's exciting. I'll have to wait and see. I wouldn't start until October anyways. I'd have every weekend off though which would be absolutely awsome.

Staying on plan today. Woo!

Hi all! Still alive here sorry I haven't posted in a few days! I had a great day out of town yesterday with my family but went WAY over my calories with eating out and snacking. Oh well today was a new day. Ready to go back on track. Today I did an hour at the gym already and am hoping to do at least a 30 minute walk tonight and maybe some Pilates as well. Going to have to weigh in Saturday instead of Sunday as I'm going out of town again for a few days to a family reunion. Hope all is well with everyone!

Just finished a 2.2 mile walk. Woo! I can't seem to make better time though. I'm going to cough it up to the humidity for right now (I live in FL).

My boyfriend and I were invited over to a couple of friends house yesterday for dinner and drinks so I can safely say I went over my calorie limit. However, I only had two slice of pizza when back in the day I could have easily gone for four or five so I consider that a huge improvement. I did, however, indulge in a bloody p**** shot (couldn't bring myself to type it out on these forums) and a couple of mojitos. Considering this was the first time I've gone off plan in over three weeks, i think I'm doing pretty well. The thing I was worrying about most was having difficulty getting back on today but no troubles whatsoever there. Woo!

I hope everyone had a wonderful day and sleeps well tonight.

Kams - You are inspirational with the exercise.

@Sibi- Thanks hun :-).. There's nothing wrong with going off plan for a day.. Just as long as you make sure can get back on track with no problem... I'm pretty much a clean eater but I have my days.. My diet stays 95% clean all of the time. I do have my time when I may decide to eat whatever I just watch my portions...You'll be fine..

How are the rest of you girlies doing??

I took a rest day yesterday but back off to working hard today...I will be doing TF HIIT 15 & 15-20 min on treadmill...

I can't believe we are almost done with week 2 *yay*.. 2 more days til weigh-in ladies.. Let's work hard yall!!

I went for a super long walk this evening but other than that I've been too stressed to do anything these last few days!
Waiting to hear about my promotion and it's weighing on me hard!

Hey ladies! I'm going to be weighing in tomorrow morning as I'm headed out of town for a family reunion. Ugh so not looking forward to it.... I'm the heaviest weight I've been in years, the only cousin not married and with kids, I could go on... I LOVE my job and have worked for hard for it and at it... I just worry sometimes that this is it for me and it gets depressing.... ah well enough of that! Anywho I am back on track and have been hitting the gym hard the past few days since I know I'll be out of it for 2-3 days while I'm away... however my parents do have a pool so I'll be taking advantage of that and doing laps every night as well as still a mile walk with my dog! I went to dinner with a friend tonight and actually still was able to stay under my calories... I knew where we were going and looked up nutrition stuff ahead of time so I could make good choices... holy cow!! I can't believe how many calories are in most dishes... whew no wonder I got so overweight! Wishing everyone a good weigh in!

sibi - way to go on portion control! sometimes that can be the hardest part
Kams - whoo hoo keep it up! way to kick it back into gear
mhill - sending positive thoughts your way! good luck with the promotion!

Thank you KamsMoma for sharing your HIIT routine. I really appreciate it.

mhill - Good luck with your promotion. Maybe do some yogic breathing to help you with the anxiety?

PinkSnowDays - I hope you have fun on your family reunion!

As for me, yesterday I took a rest. I did too much the day before and I was fatigued. Today I did 4 miles with WATP and feel great although I wanted to give up in the middle of it. I haven't peeked at the scale at all this week so I'm looking forward to Sunday morning to see how my weight is doing.

I hope everyone is doing well!
