L - Tuna on whole wheat pita w/ melted cheese, cabbage salad
S- 1 oz mixed nuts & a mandarin orange
D- Don't know yet, but I'm going to a barbecue so I have to think of something to bring ... portabella or tofu and some veggies (red pepper, zucchini, onion) to grill, spinach salad with homemade sesame/soy vinaigrette
S/D- 1 c. NF Greek yogurt + 1/2 c. wild blueberries
Cyndi, I'll have to try that pizza crust recipe, it sounds pretty good.
I've been doing well, staying OP, although it seems I'm hungry all the time. It may be due to the allergy pills I'm taking, I'm not sure, but I have to blame it something, lol!
