b 1/2C egg beater, green oinion, 2oz turkey ham, broccoli, red pepper
l 3oz deli turkey breast rolled in lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, spicy slaw
d leftover egg bake-eggs, brocolli, onion, peppers
s whole cucumber with ff italian dressing, celery with laughing cow cheese, sf jello

exercise 40 min aerobic/light weights

B- Black tea, 1 egg, 1 veggie sausage, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1/2 c. pinto beans
L - Tuna on whole wheat pita w/ melted cheese... Cabbage/carrot salad
S- 1 oz mixed nuts & a mandarin orange
D- Brown rice sushi, spinach salad with homemade sesame/soy vinaigrette, probably something else but don't know yet...
S/D- 1 c. NF Greek yogurt + 1/2 c. wild blueberries

S-strawberries (unplanned, but was at a reception and that's the only thing to eat that wasn't a pastry. I'm just glad I didn't stuff my face with brownies!)
L-chicken chili, black beans, sprinkle of LF cheese
S-LF greek yogurt
D-pork tenderloin, smashed cauliflower, green beans

Phase 1.5, eating several small meals because my stomach is a bit off

B: scoop of chick pea salad with lots of celery
S: rainbow raita
L: broccoli, white bean & cheddar soup
S: vegetable soup
D: I'm trying this pizza crust recipe to make a roasted veggie pizza, sauteed bok choi on the side
S: blueberry mock snack cake

exercise: 60m walk, 30m Wii Fit (I'm sure it has plenty to say about how long I've been away!)

B- Coffee with "nonfat" milk (AT COFFEE SHOP - IT SAID NONFAT BUT LOOKED LIKE HALF AND HALF TO ME!! ) 1 egg, 1 veggie sausage, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1/2 c. pinto beans

Cyndi, I'll have to try that pizza crust recipe, it sounds pretty good.
I've been doing well, staying OP, although it seems I'm hungry all the time. It may be due to the allergy pills I'm taking, I'm not sure, but I have to blame it something, lol!

Phase 2 today

B. 2 slices ww French toast w/sliced banana, pecans & SF syrup
S. Light & Fit yogurt
L. salad topped with a little fake sloppy joe mix
D. Chickpea & spinach ragout
S. mock blueberry, cranberry & apple snack cake

Exercise - plenty!

D: either mock cornbread casserole or cranberry beans & veggie chorizo. Both are cooking - one for tonight and one for tomorrow
