So I feel good about the three lbs weight loss last week--that puts me 3 lbs over my goal! I had planned on losing 36 lbs, from 253, and so far I have lost 39!!--Cant complain!
I would like to get below 210 by the next challenge but we will see. so many different factors go into losing weight, huh?
What is good is that I really have a regular habit of working out--both walking and doing calisthenics while watching tv--I turn on the tv and start warming up. So I get some good abs, stretches and leg exercises almost every day.
Edzard: dont give up--we have all had bad weeks (months, years)! You can do it! just keep posting and motivating yourself. It is worth it!

Elegant: great job! You will reach your goal in no time. Have you thought at all about maintenance? I think that can be the hardest part.

sometimes shifting eating plans can have a good effect-at least initially. What exercise are you doing?Seasoning: good job resisting the junk--that is especially hard when it is a habit. Good for you for staying busy. For me sometimes chewing a strong gum can help too. I am still calming down from last week and am willing this week to be relaxing.
