Just finished Week 4 today and it was my first run outdoors!!! I ran at 6am because I feel pretty self-conscious and there were only a couple other people out that early. I LOVED it! So glad I worked up the courage to leave the treadmill! The fresh air and the cool morning were great!
And I ran at the high school track so I was still able to have some idea of the distance I ran and my average pace... Will try to take the next couple days off, though. I'm having trouble with my right hip and my left shin.

... Have probably been doing too much cardio in addition to C25K.
Thanks to everyone for posting their successes! You all inspire me so much!! I am actually looking forward to longer runs next week! Can't believe it
As for the future,
Ronja, after this program I want to keep going and improve my 5k time. I have a goal to
someday run a 5k under 30 minutes, (29:59:59 that will be totally okay by me, though!) and I also want to train to run 10k, so maybe next summer I can run the local 10k charity race!! What are your goals/plans?
