I think I may ask about this one - I am not ever hungry on this current plan and I always feel like this is an enormous amount of food because I'm not used to eating this much. In the past, I would just eat things high in calories and fat - hence the gain. Originally Posted by momoffour
WI today and lost 2 lbs. Normally I maintain on Tuesdays so this loss felt awesome! Also I am 2.5 lbs away from signing the 20 lb board and hope to sign it Friday which would be day 28.
