Week 2 Day 1 in the bag! So stinking humid this morning, I was drenched by the time I got home! Did all the runs, felt good (except for the gigantic stretch of dodging goose poop around the pond on my route!

)
I have a feeling this week is going to be pretty great!
Are y'all doing any cross-training? I work out 3 other days doing cardio (elliptical intervals and/or bike) and free weights. I really think that, plus the fact that I used to work out a lot, is totally helping my quick recovery and endurance building on the runs! Only on week 2, but I'm starting to actually enjoy this now that I know I'm not going to drop dead in the middle of it!!!
