  • Hurray, (almost)! Post-workout today my scale said 189.5; this morning we were at 190.0 so I know I probably just needed to drink a bit more. But two days at 189.5 and lower as an official morning weigh-in and I will officially claim the new decade.
  • Just checking in... I'm at about 196. I'm aiming to get out of the 190's in the next 5 weeks. We'll see!

    I've really been slacking on the exercise, but recently increased my calories from 1400 to 1600ish, and it seems to be doing the trick.

    Ugh. Haven't made any progress. 195.6. I went on a binge for a couple weeks but am back on track. Plugging away to the 180s.
  • Considering my rapid drop to around 193ish, I was surprised to stick around in the 190s for so long! However, I've had a couple days in a row now at 189.5 or lower, so I guess I'm moving on over to the 180s thread. Good luck everyone!
  • Hi all! I just hit 199 today and I'm looking forward to hitting 189 by mid May. I've also started intuitive eating so I hope that goes well, and I'll report my progress.

  • Good morning ladies.

    Finally lost that two pounds I gained while on vacation. I am at 190 this morning and I am determined to be in the 180's soon.

    I have a busy work out schedule the next few weeks. I have been training for a 40-mile bicycle ride that takes place on April 16th. I have been riding 15miles every other day and do WATP, pilates and strength training on the other days. I am hoping to lose at least two more pounds before April 16th. Small goal, but doable.
  • Welcome Skyfox and congrats! Toonses you are so close to saying goodbye to the 190s. I'm still at 192. Hopefully I will leave the 190s by April 15th.

  • Went up 1lb...not worried about it. I did buy a pair of 12 pants that fit. I haven't worn that size in almost 6 yrs.
