Hey peeps. Well, the yogurt seems to have done the trick. I woke up yesterday morning and this morning feeling fine! After 11 days straight of waking up feeling like I had freaking food poisoning, it's so nice to be well again! So, the first day I loaded up on yogurt, had 4 yogurts in one day, then yesterday (day 2), I just had one in the morning, one at night. Whatever, it worked. woot!
I can't really tell what my weight is doing these days, since this past week I've been working hard to get up earlier and get back on my summer schedule of 5:30 a.m. wake-up time. So, I'll have to wait until I'm on this new schedule to see if my weight is going down or not, since a few hours can be a half pound or a few pounds diff, even, due to water weight changes. Weekend weigh ins are usually much more satisfying, due to the later weigh-in time, lol!
I'm going to attempt to get out of the house at 7:30 today, so I can be at the gym by 8, and have plenty of time for a nice warm-up and some skills practice before the crossfit workout. I've been cutting it too close and end up with little time for the warm-up. I'm just too old and inflexible to jump right into some of these workouts, so I'm trying to get out the door sooner.
Barb, sorry to hear about your dog!

That is a hard thing, but with old dogs it is often like that, you know it's coming, but it still seems sudden when the time comes.
Angel, I don't buy that you can't run, either. I haven't done it myself, but I've heard it makes a big difference to go to a specialty running store, and have them evaluate your running, so they can recommend a corrective shoe if needed. There are all different styles of running shoes, so if your foot is coming down "wrong", which is pretty common, they will know which shoes can help correct that landing, turn your foot over just right, etc. You can still get the eval and shoe recommendations even if you don't buy the shoes from that store...at least then you'd know what type of shoe to look for.
Lori, I always do that, too, way over on the candy and stuff in the basket, same for Xmas. I have only 1 kid, so it's hard to get him Easter candy, since all of it comes in mega-bags. I'm trying to be better this year, and do more "stuff", less candy, but I haven't even shopped for Easter yet this year. Usually I'm ahead of it, but crossfit and 3fc have eaten my brain this year, and I'm behind on everything, lol. Speaking of which, I'd better get off here and hit the road!
