Michelle, welcome! My only thought is that you will need to double check your nutrition and such if you are making up your own plan.
I am happy to announce that I am now at my half way point!!! Yay! I have done MF for exactly 12 weeks and lost 46 pounds. I usually lose around 3 pounds a week now, but I lost more at the beginning.
I did bars every day for the holidays and that seemed to slow down my weight loss considerably, however; they also helped me to stay on the program during the holidays. So, even though I "only" lost 12 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I am not whining about it, because I managed to keep on the program.
I'm getting ready to place another order.


in fact, in most cases the carbs are lower as is the sugar and fat.. so I'm pretty confident I'm gonna have the same sucesses everyone else is having
