    Starting to get old hat only if it has been 5 weeks. Anyone else experiencing a lull in excitement? I did get the dill pickle zippers and it has to be my favorite. Nice and snappy for a snack.
    Yes, but it sure good to see the scale go down instead of up. My next big hurdle is to get out of the 250's. Where I work they have a gym and it has a Dr office Scale in it. You slide the lower weight which is in 50 pound increments and the upper weight which is very small increments. Soon I will be pushing that lower weight to 200, not 250. That will be huge for me!

  • Down 35 pounds for the month. Starting to look and feel better. Congrats to all you other "losers" as well.
  • So, after losing 10 the first week, only lost 6.5 second week. Was a rough week, missed a couple meals, fat% went up after dropping 3. Did lose almost 3 inches. Got to keep at it.
  • Just my Dailey check in, official wi in morning but according to my scale at 258.5..started at 282.3 two weeks ago

    Awesome that you kept pushing through the rough week and are still heading in the right direction. After 5 weeks I ran out yesterday morning without meal replacements, or water bottle. Nothing I needed for a successful day.

    You realize you have lost 16.5 lbs! In 2 weeks!

  • Coach cancelled on me today so I put on my WI clothes and did it at home. Our scales pretty much match so I'm comfortable using it as my "official" WI.

    Down 2.5. So close to Onderland but not there yet - unless, of course, we take the "right out of the shower" weight and then I'm at 195.5. Still want to get under 170 on the clinic scale though so I've got another 30 to go.

    The problem with changing clinics is having to pay another $150-200 coaching fee...

    I have the same body comp scale the clinic uses so I am thinking about just doing phone/email coaching until I finish phase 1 & 2 then every other Saturday a commute up to the clinic to get adjusted to phase 3 and 4. Perhaps by then they will have found a new location. It turns out that my gym (they were renting office space inside of it) received a no-notice shutdown from the landlord.
