I wish I had a Nike +. You're right- I only have a few more days of intervals and then I don't have to worry about it anymore.Originally Posted by Rochester
Starting W5, I switched to my own music and using my Nike+ to track distance/time. I found that I didn't need the podcast prompts when the intervals got less frequent. And if you're on W5D3, you only need to get though W6D1 and W6D2 and you're done with intervals!

Junco, you rock! I can't imagine tackling this program with asthma. Nor running on hills. I'm in flat Florida and even here, I run on a treadmill... though that's mostly due to the heat.I just wanted to say congrats and doesn't it feel good?

. It's awesome that you were able to complete program in such a short period of time. WTG!!
So I walked and did sprints during the chorus of songs. I really don't know what I'm going to do. I like the way running makes me feel but it's so boring. When I go to the gym, CNN, MSNBC and the Kardashian stuff is on, so I can't use TV as a distraction. Music is only helping so much. Ugh.
I am a bit worried about that happening to me on a regular basis when my classes start back up in the Fall.
I use a podcast so I had to restart the podcast and try to find where I was at before. I just said forget it. Instead I did running intervals on my own (speed intervals). Ugh. I hope next week is better.
Don't let it keep you down, just jump back in and I'm sure you'll be fine. Maybe pick up some new pants, though.
