QOTD:With the 4th of July coming up . . . what are you going to do to stay OP? Anyone have any tips or advice?
Watch the sauces, barbeque sauce, mayo sauces on the pasta and potato salads. I find that these are what can do you in without even realizing it. Drink tons of water to stay hydrated. Play with your friends and family and burn some calories. Have dessert, just plan for it. I am going to make a Red White and Blue Dessert (Strawberries, blueberries, angelfood cake, and light whipped topping) This is my splurge for the day and will probable put me up 1 starch, but again, this is my big splurge, and if I am careful and log everything, I might even have it without the extra starch

My 15th wedding anniversary is in December. I'd love to buy a little black dress and look amazing in it, but I don't know. I'm very discouraged with myself right now.
Rhonda, you need to stop beating yourself up after the fact. It does no good for you to be mad at yourself. Now, I don't really advicate the just start over, because I think you need to remember this falling off the wagon, to try and use it next time to remind yourself when you are leaning that this is exactly how you fell off last time. Try and use this Oops to try not to oops again.
What is that saying I kep seeing in someone's signature? Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I am trying to remember that as I do things like walk through Costco on the weekend and try not graze my way through the food demos.
IMHO - Learn from your mistakes, this is how to get that little black dress.
