I go back OP every now and again when I gain a bit. I am up 14 lbs. right now after too many vacations, house guests, etc.

I hope to have the majority of it off before the next vacation in Sept. I'd LOVE to lose another 5-10 over that, but I've never managed to get that far.
When I'm not OP, I usually try to follow a typical bodybuilder's diet. Very similar to MRC actually, but I think easier for my head to grasp
Hubby is working this weekend, my kids are grown, too hot to play outside....I love being at the gym. I don't typically stay three hours, but it is quite easy for me to do. Lifted weights a bit over two hours and then the treadmill for a while. I try to watch the clock & get done quicker, but when I'm not in a hurry, I tend to daydream a lot. The gym is so much better than coming home to housework (and readily available food).
