I'm going back to my running tomorrow I hope, I have been missing it and craving it!! (Who am I and where did the real Elvislover324 go?!)
Both times this week that I tried to run I was lightheaded and dizzy. I wonder if I have a sodium deficiency or something. I can't think of what is different in my diet (nothing as far as I know) but maybe some salt in my blood might help. Won't hurt to try. I'm so bummed though, I wanted to get ahead this week and just couldn't, feeling so crappy.
But I'm a RUNNER! I will persevere and keep going!!

) I said I would go after dinner but I've been kinda bummin today and really didn't want to. But after dinner I started getting antsy and ended up going. I'm glad I did! 



)!! And I walked 15 minutes along with it (5 min. walk, 10 min run, 5min. walk, etc.) and I felt great even though I ran yesterday too. This might be TMI but I didn't wear socks or a shirt (LOL) but I did wear a sports bra that's like a tanktop, plus I'm home alone (not a pretty sight, I think even the dog was offended
). I felt so much cooler and not that dreadful internal heat.
