It's SO much easier when I limit carbs and avoid wheat and I feel so much better. Amazing difference, really -- I was eating more carbs last week and had some whole wheat toast and by the end of the week I had to hold the railing to go upstairs, had no energy, was depressed. A few days of clean eating and that's turned completely around -- and I can run upstairs again. You'd think I'd learn, huh. 
for you getting into the teens! Bye-bye to the twenties forever! I'll be really thrilled to get back to the single digits too -- lowest I've gotten in the past few years is 204. And when I get there again, I WILL be getting to Onederland and staying there, oh yeah.
