Welcome to CLX! I'm glad you like it so far
I've been loving Turbo Fire--I was doing Insanity for about awhile and all of the jumping was doing a number on my hips...TF isn't nearly as high impact IMO, so it's been working well. I still want to go back to Insanity once I'm a bit lighter on my feet, though
Also, I've been working out long enough that I'm pretty comfortable finding modifications in a routine that work for my body--I just make the move bigger or smaller to suit my needs/capabilities. And in TF, they have a modifier that keeps all of the moves lower impact, which is helpful. I think my favorite thing about TF is the "new to class" option where she does the slower breakdown before the routine (I'm choreography-challenged!) and once you "get" it, you have the option of doing just the routine without the slow breakdown.
And, yeah, I do some serious modifications on burpees too

I own so many of the Beach Body programs and I have to say that this is the first one that I've lasted the whole week on, as defined by the program schedule and I really, really like it. The workouts are so tough, but they are doable by someone my size (I modify the burpees heavily, but many folks probably do the same : )
I wonder why someone didn't give her better advice on the cool downs - agree completely on the concerns there... and I wasn't too wow'd by her going in and out of certain yoga poses again and again (I have bad knees), but overall I'm very very pleased with the program. I go up to 15lbs, and I'm thinking that it may not be long before I need to invest in bigger weights
BluCypressLily - I'm impressed that you do Turbo Fire - it looks too high impact for my knees, but I'm interested in your thoughts on that. I like Turbo Jam, as I have a bunch of those videos.
Have a great weekend everyone!
