Oakey, 100 lbs lost! Oh man, you have to get a Highly Coveted Flamey Award for that!!!

BIG congrats on the 15 min run! Definitely go for the 5K.
Blasphemer, ONEDERLAND!! Oh, heck, now you need a HCFA, too. I really don't hand these out like they're free, but you guys are hitting the major milestones today!
Nicki, you already got a flamey for being so tiny, but WTG on reaching that Easter GOAL!!!
TBG,

! I have to stay away from the ice creams, especially the "low cal" ones, because I just want to eat the whole friggin' box at once!
Speaking of eating like a nutter, I have to give up on the Paleo-Zone thing. Nothing wrong with the diet, just can't stick to it, and it's pushing me toward binge-like cravings, and I do NOT want to go there. Guess it's baby steps for me, that really work, long term. I'll just keep on with the old plan, tweaking the cals as I go, cutting back on the sugar in my tea as I go, eating a little smarter as I'm able. My diet before was not that bad, and I'm just not mentally/emotionally ready to make the leap to sugar/dairy free at this point. So, just wanted to set the record straight on that.
My weight is stuck hard at 179.0. I'm glad it's not 180, but hopefully I can get some results by tweaking the diet a little, and I'm thinking of putting some heavy lifting and longer runs back in, now that my crossfit class is over. I still want to do the crossfit thing, but I'd like to leave room and some gas in the tank to also enjoy some bodybuilder style heavy/slow pace lifting, since it's meditative to me, and some long slow runs, as well, since they have the same effect. Also, I've fallen off of running my dog the last 2 weeks, so I need to get back in the groove there.
