  • Elliptical 20 minutes, bike 5 minutes, walking 30 minutes
  • 30 min stairclimber (without cheating by putting any weight on the handrails - just used the upper ones with loose arms for balance...this was a goal of mine) and 35 min elliptical.
  • Yesterday:

    30 minutes treadmill
    12 minutes elliptical
    had absolutely no energy
  • Ran 2.6 miles following a hilly treadmill program
    Turbo Jam Ab Jam
  • 45 min walk
    35 min of Taebo
  • Time for only 45 min treadmill run...
  • 60 min elliptical
    45 min UB/Abs

    I have successfully convinced myself that abs are not optional.
  • 26 minutes treadmill
    20 minutes elliptical
  • 20 min treadmill
    20 min bicycle (elliptical was full...darn.)
  • I'm a little behind for the week.

    11/06 - Shoulder, Chest, Triceps (am)
    11/07 - Back, Legs, Biceps (am), 30 min Spinning (pm)
    11/08 - 40 min TM HIIT (am), 30 Spinning (pm)
  • Hi... I walked the mall today for about 40minutes.

  • 35 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
