    Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
    Monday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • 10 min on stationary bike, 100 steps on stair master, brisk walk around the block. It's all I had time for this morning, so plan to do more later.
  • 30 minute walk at lunch yesterday
  • Tuesday: sick as a dog
    Wednesday: 1 hour walk
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • So far this week I have done 20 minutes of Yoga twice this week. It may not sound like much, but for me it is flippin' amazing!
  • Friday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
    Saturday: 1 hour aquacize

    Yay squeaker!
  • Rode our bikes to the park and played tennis, for an hour total, had to come to work, so didn't get to do more of that
  • About 2 hours of walking on the weekend
