You're doing great.
I understand how you feel about bouncing around for the same 10 pounds. I did the same thing for almost a year - stuck in the 150s and was finding it very difficult to stay on plan. It took me quite a while to get back in the right mind set to start losing and exercising again.

I think most of us know those cheesey quotes are true like you can only achieve what the mind conceives or the opposite theory of if you think you can't then you are right. "I'm too busy to eat right and exercise" then you won't since it's impossible, right?
