I truly would be thrilled to even be 199 by the end of the year. I am doing it slowly but surely this time around...eating the calories for what is needed to maintain 160 which is 1600 calories. With that said...
LoganandLivsMom! That sounds like a great plan. You've accomplished a bunch since last summer. WTG! 

20 years ago I weighed 310. I did lose some and have basically bounced around the 250 range. You hit the nail on the head. We need to keep doing what we are doing to maintain the weight loss. I have lost 25-50 pounds numerous times in my life since my 20's (now in my 50's). Once again, I hope I have finally learned we have to keep watching our calories or it will come back again.
