Basically I haven't been doing anything proactive the last few days, which is naughty! It was super windy this weekend, so bike riding didn't really appeal. But that's no excuse. And I never really got in to my core strength ambitions last week, but tonight another Pilates session is scheduled, so hopefully nothing will distract me from that at least....
