  • Have not been doing well so far this month. Only down .4 so far and we're already a third of the month in. Really worrying about this weekend. My daughter is getting installed for something and we have 3 banquets to attend. I'm going to try to make the healthiest choices possible for me, but concerned because I don't know what hidden calories/sugars might be in the foods.

    But I have to just keep positive. I may not be down much, but at least it's some downward movement on the scale. :-/

  • How is everyone doing this week?
    Does anyone have any fitness/health goals that they'd like to meet for this month, beside getting the scale number lower?

    My non-scale goal for this month is to fit into a gorgeous size 12 Banana Republic dress that I found in perfect condition at the local thrift shop. I'm close... I just need another inch off of my hips and maybe half an inch from my bust.
