You're better than me. I really really don't like walking. I'm sure i'd like it more if I were fitter... but the problem is... I need to walk to get fit

I tried to make up for it by having a big bowl of broccoli as my dinner. Today's a lot less driving and I'm a lot more rested so I should be able to hit my 10k.

fingers crossed for you for tomorrow though. I know how important it is to me to have that scale number.
and I made great choices, had a medium-spicy butterfly chicken breast and a corn on the cob, coming in at about 506 cals for that meal so it fit in perfectly.
The scale is weighing me in at having lost another 2lbs, but i'm waiting til my official weigh in tomorrow to count it properly. 


which makes a total of 22lbs since October. Feeling even more motivated now and ready to take on week 2!
