  • Riddy......LOL about the starbucks -- oh my gosh.....so funny.....and funny to think of your drinking through ireland.....I would love to go there -- don't like beer, but would still love to go there....and november will be here fast. Good for you on the weight loss. Also Riddy -- I HATE it when I lose a nice long post of personals....just almost get it done sometimes and then it just goes POOOOF! End up swearing at the computer screen....which never results in it coming back....

    naria -- glad riddy gave you such good advice....i was on the telephone with dahlia a couple weeks ago complaining about the foot hurting when she told me about the tennis ball thing, so I went through the house until I found one -- which wasn't hard since my son is a tennis player....oh my gosh you won't believe how good and I mean GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD that can feel -- it felt so good and I'm on the phone saying oooooooooooooo! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!....try it, you'll like it. Oh also, I did wrap my foot today for the first time and it helped a lot...was window shopping for a while and foot didn't hurt so much.

    Mel -- Hi there -- I'm hanging in there -- have had a hard week -- was worried about something but it's better, I've put it in perspective. I weighed today and stayed the same this week so will be posting that after I finish this post.

    Everyone, I've stayed the same this week....and I started taking 3 mg of melatonin to sleep....and I'm sleeping more, so hopefully won't be so tired....doc said if i'm not so tired it will be easier for me to diet and exercise...

    well melatonin has kicked in and i'm sleepy.....hope I haven't left anyone out....

    Sorry I have been MIA this week, but life is being all lifey! Also, I have been a bad, bad Burg this week. Not the old bad where I eat anything and everything, but just making terrible choices within my allotment. I'm still posting a loss this week, although I sort of wish I wasn't because I know it will make me think it's okay in the future
  • Ugh, Ireland sounds amazing. I've never been, but my father and brother once went on a trip there to play golf. And drink beer.

    I did not have a good week. Some idiot coughed all over me on the train and I got the flu. Five days of drinking Sprite and eating wonton soup and Starburst, plus my antibiotics, took their toll. :\

    It doesn't explain everything though. IDK what's wrong with me lately. I just feel so lost and unmotivated, and I haven't been this unhappy with my body since before I began WW.

    ShanHat - I feel you! Sometimes we just have to follow the plan even if we've forgotten why we started. It will come back to us.

    For some reason I've have had a stuff my face/gut continuously mentality lately. Need to figure out what is behind that. In the meantime I need to behave as if I am on track and in training and have a plan. Fake it till you feel it. Back to the 3 squares a day. Back to only veggies and water between meals. Back to a minimum of 30 min cardio and then yoga in a.m. and 30 min cardio and then strength exercises in p.m. Back to basics! And need to figure out what else I think I am feeding.
  • Sorry team I gained a pound this week. Yesterday when I weighed myself I had maintained but now I'm up a pound. I'm not surprised as I know I haven't been as focused as I should be. My goal for this week is to start exercising again and logging my foods.
