-Upper body lifting routine. Tried 90 lb on lat pulldown!
-Some cardio - I forget what. Probably involved rowing machine. I love that thing!
Sunday, July 15:
-20 minutes HIIT program on elliptical, level 6
-5 minutes rowing
Monday, July 16:
-12 minutes Stair stepper level 10/12
-Upper body lifting routine. Getting stronger! 90 lb on lat pulldown again.
-10 minutes rowing
-5 minutes running on treadmill at 7 mph
