  • 2/5--30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes ball strength training
    2/7--30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes ball strength training

    2/10-40 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes ball strength training

    800-200= 600 more minutes! (I need to rethink this number I think...)

  • Hi Ya'll, we're making tracks, even if it is in the snow! I tell ya we're off to a great start. Okay here are the totals for our first week in February. Totals are thru Sunday, February 9th

    I know you get sick of hearing this, but for any newbies out there you can join in at anytime. Just post the number of minutes you are going to exercise from today until the end of the month.

    ps, anytime I have mis-calculated on someones total please speak up. Sometimes I do weird things. Please check these, having problems getting it straight today.
