I'm going to have a yogurt, orange and green tea for breakfast. Thawed some heathy soup out for lunch. I think I might have fish and green beans for dinner tonight. Planning out my day makes it better for me.
sluggo- Hope you don't do that again. The whole idea of C1 is to get you off sugars and toxins. I know its hard. Thats a real weakness of mine but I am no longer craving them. If you stick to the diet it gets easier.
pvgal- I know what you mean about the water. Bad thing is running to the bathroom in the night. How did your season your green beans? I want them tonight but don't know what to season them with.
