  • Way to go Val! I can't wait to get to onederland... its just so close now and girls i know it can be hard to post a gain, but at least its done now and we can start fresh! I ate french fries tonight and after I just wanted to shoot myself...but then I thought wait a minute.. I really enjoyed those and if I have a slight gain I can fix it tomorrow with a few more minutes of exercise or less calories...Whatever it takes I know we can do it....
  • I actually lost this week.. I weighed in at 202.4 this morning!! Thats a 4.1 pound weight loss so far! I'm so excited...

  • I only lost 0.2 this week, but I guess I expected that because I started slacking with counting dinner calories and I'm sure I went over a few days. I've already calculated today's calories and I'll be about 300 over because I'm going to Chili's with my boyfriend, but I'll make up for those tomorrow. Have a great week everyone!
  • Well... I lost one pound this week. I was really hoping for more b/c I worked out every day for an hour, and stayed entirely on plan. It is my TOM, so maybe that's part of it... At least it isn't a gain though!

  • Doing not bad. I actually gained one pound this week but lost quite a bit the week before so i'm at a 1.3 lb loss for the two weeks. Not great but better than nothing! my goal for the next two weeks is 4 lbs. we'll see how that goes! hopefully i can pull it off!

  • Hi geemama! Of course you can join this challenge. Just pick a goal weight for June 1st and post your weight every week. The person to lose the most percentage of weight by the end wins!
  • Dang, one pound gain, but I was expecting it since it is around TOM. This means I have 3 weeks to lose the 7 pounds to hit my goal... I will definitely hit the gym 6-7 days a week to try and accomplish this.
