Good Morning Ladies, Hope eveyone is doing well. I had a bit of a delima Tuesday. My DGS spilled a glass of grape juice on my new (less that a month old) carpet. I cleaned it up as good as i could but got up the next mornng to a huge pink spot. I had to work that day, worried aobut it all day, and started cleaning as soon as I got home. I sprayed stain remover on it and used the machine to clean it. I got up this morning and it seems to be home. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I am going out this morning to pull weeds from the garden. It's simply too hot here during the day and evening to get out and do anything. Now, how many calories does pulling weeds burn?
I ccould never be the "correct" weight either. That would make me 105. Believe me, I was that when I was young and I was a stick! It was not pretty!! And boney would be a good word for me. Who comes up with these perfect weights anyway? Do they take real women into account?
Trader Joe's isn't real close to me but I do go there about once a month. Love the things I find! I get their yogurt too, but I can't get enough to store in-between times so I use the Dannon the rest of the time too.
I agree with you guys too, about finding new muscles with different exercise. I think we just get our own little routines down and work those muscels and get used to it. Mixing it up always finds some new muscle groups. I walk all the time, but couldn't believe how sore my thighs got when I started riding bikes with the kids.
Eveyone , make it a good day Freda

If she doesn't eat meat, vegetables, or fruit, she isn't eating much of anything nutritious at all! I guess she might get some protein from dairy and eggs.
I don't understand why this person, who is so against being healthy, even goes to the gym at all!
probably only makes her feel worse. Before I started trying to lose weight, I remember being very discouraged to see someone else successfully lose weight. It made me feel guilty about not trying to do something to control my own weight. (Although I hope I would never have behaved as shamefully as she is!) Also--did I get that right? Your workout partner is your son's ex-girlfriend? That's pretty amazing--I can't imagine ever working out with any of my ex-boyfriends parents. You are a champ for putting up with her.

I feel like I gained water weight that just never went away. I'm hoping my labs will show that it's related to my thyroid rather than just from me eating too much!
