Today I will make myself hungry LOL, I will eat more just to sure I am eating enough as the weightloss has been a little tooo rapid (for the first time in a long time)


Day 13 South Beach Diet

B- 1 egg and 2 slices turkey bacon and lowfat milk
L- grilled chicken salad
S- roast, green beans and lowfat milk
s- sf fudgesicles, sf jello and ff cool whip
maybe some roasted peanuts and some turkey roll ups

L- turkey roll ups and sf jello with cool whip
S- taco soup and skim milk
s- sf fudgesicle and maybe a few roasted peanuts

HUNGRY DAY!!!!!

Well yesterday was day 14 on phase one of the Beach, but to be safe I am gonna hang with it till Thursday to see if I can ...so here was todays menu

B- 1 egg and 2 slices turkey bacon with skim milk
L- tuna salad, and broccoli and baby cabbage and green beans
S- tuna salad
s- a few roasted peanuts, a sf fudgesicle and a sf cocoa

How is everyone else??

Hi I am new around here. THought I would post what I had today:
Hey - can i get the recipe to that cauliflower casserole?

B- Ok, I slept way in today
L- Steak & Shrimp Skewers off the WW menu at Applebee's
S- High-fiber oatmeal with 1/2 banana
snack- 1 serving tuna with 5 multigrain saltines

so far 761 calories, 13 grams fat, 14 grams fiber today, not sure if i will eat more or not - i feel full

My recipie for cauliflower caserole is as follows....

1 bag frozen cauliflower
1/2 pint ff sour cream
1.4 cup onion
and about 1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese

Boil cauliflower until almost soft remove and drain, mix in onion, half of your cheese, and sour cream and put in a casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray and top with remaining cheese and bake on 350 till cheese on top is melted the way you like it, It takes me about 15 minutes...enjoy!


Today I will be working at our local mission but I will be cutting veggies so I should be fine Here is the plan...
