Today I will make myself hungry LOL, I will eat more just to sure I am eating enough as the weightloss has been a little tooo rapid (for the first time in a long time)
Day 13 South Beach Diet
B- 1 egg and 2 slices turkey bacon and lowfat milk
L- grilled chicken salad
S- roast, green beans and lowfat milk
s- sf fudgesicles, sf jello and ff cool whip
maybe some roasted peanuts and some turkey roll ups
