7... I actually took a walk outside today, with the kids around my subdivision in addition to my exercise ball/video.

I dont know how far I walked but I was gone about 45 minutes

Took a yoga class last night, as well as 10 minutes on the elliptical while waiting for class.

Well, I flubbed yesterday and didn't do any cardio. Today I had a hankering to try jogging again. I'm pathetic! I have a little route that is my 'quick walk' it's 1.6 kms. I think I jogged more than half the time. Hey. it's still cardio, right?

Susan - heck yeah it's still cardio!
You'll notice I am proudly putting up my 10 minutes of elliptical as cardio

I can't figure out what I want to do today - i should do cardio since yesterday was yoga - if i take work home maybe I can leave at 5 and have time to take the buggies for a long walk.

(The buggies are my two english springer spaniels - I attached a picture)

So today I've been waffling again. I had a wee chat with Mel on the 'Ladies who Lift" forum and think I've come up with a workable plan. So if I can count yesterday (jogging and arms)... I'm on day two for weights and cardio. Today was abs back and more of that sad-looking jogging thing I do
We're heading to Alabama on Wednesday so it might turn into a six day challenge for me. But you never know what you might find when you go visiting. I'll walk or bike or something at least.
Everyone having a good weekend?

Default 16 days!

Last night i did the "Crunch Pilates" dvd. It was 25 minutes of low-impact aerobic activity and 15 of pilates matwork. I have kept up with the push-ups as well. I did 6 in a row yesterday and 8 today.

i am going to try to get out and run today, but will probably end up going to the gym.

I've been without a phone line for two days!!!!! I'm getting caught up today tho'.
I continued with my 5 day weight lifting split and walked yesterday. Today I slept in and am doing last minute errands and packing. I'm going to try to do chest and calves but I don't know about the cardio.
I'll try to pop in while we're away and see how everyone is doing.

Default Day One

Grr. I am back to day one because I was too stupid and lazy to exercise last night. I had 16 in a row. I am very angry at myself right now (as if you couldn't tell).

I made darn sure to get to the gym today. 50 minutes on the elliptical.

I hope everyone else is having a better day than i am having.
