wed - destened that I didn't want to do anything - then saw all the posts. ran 3 miles, up and down bleacher stairs 8x. leg balancing and arm holding (a whole like 6 counts on the arm up machine) what was really cool though was the marching band was playing whilst I was running on the track, welcoming the class of 2009 (scary). I do go to the number one football school - but this was the first time I heard the marching band. very inspiring! (my undergrad lost like every football game )

thurs - met with trainer - circuit workout for a week. though she measured my legs, stomache etc. how depressing

Only did about 40 minutes at the gym today. 10 on the elliptical, 20 on the treadmill and approx 20 min of weights.

Thursday AM: 30 min elliptical
Thursday PM: Jogged 15, walked 5 on treadmill/ 10min arc trainer + lower body strength training
Friday: 60min cardio (30min arc trainer, 20min elliptical, 10min bike) + upper & lower body strength training.

thursday,
65min on the ellyptical.
20 min attempted the weight machine at the gym. ITs way oldschool universal machine so I'm not sure if I did it right.
20 min pilates tape.

Let me go ahead and put in my info for the work week since I know tomorrow I'm playing racketball for 3 hours, and Sunday is my day off.
Monday-20 minutes of crosstrainer, 5 minutes @2.8 incline lvl9 15minutes @3.8mph incline 12 onthe treadmil, 20 minutes onthe stair climber, weight training(arms and abs) and squats (3 sets of 15) and lunges(3 sets of 15)
Tuesday- one hour of cardio, one hour of raquetball
Wednesday-Same as Monday but legs and abs for the weight training
Thursday- Same as Monday but full body resistance training and Tae-bo 25 minutes.
Today- 1.5 hours of Cardio, and pilates

I swear exercise is like a drug for me!!

Thursday-went to bed early!
Friday-50 minutes exercise bike
Saturday-taking the kids to the zoo...should be a lot of walking...I will try to exercise in the evening too but I my hubby REALLY wants to see Batman so we'll see if my mom will watch the kids.

Friday: rest
Saturday: long run/walk. I haven't measured the distance, but it took over an hour to cover, so I'm guessing it was about 4 miles or so. I got a cramp and had to walk for a while in there though.
