wed - destened that I didn't want to do anything - then saw all the posts. ran 3 miles, up and down bleacher stairs 8x. leg balancing and arm holding (a whole like 6 counts on the arm up machine) what was really cool though was the marching band was playing whilst I was running on the track, welcoming the class of 2009 (scary). I do go to the number one football school - but this was the first time I heard the marching band. very inspiring! (my undergrad lost like every football game

thurs - met with trainer - circuit workout for a week. though she measured my legs, stomache etc. how depressing
