December goal - intentional exercise, hoping for at least 5X a week for at least 30 min. each session. If I shovel snow, I usually count those minutes at half. So, 600 minutes but hoping for more. I'm keeping my goal modest so I don't beat myself up if I don't do that great.

oh boy have I fallen off the wagon!! a very bad head cold kept me feeling miserable for days. Today's the first day I've felt OK to workout. My next challenge is a new temp job, I have to be at work by 7:00 a.m., so I will have to make myself exercise once I get home.

I miscalculated my exercise a few days ago, so I'm not nearly as close to goal as it looked like. Still, sixty minutes a day for the rest of the month could happen!

exceeded my modest goal but it was only because of having to shovel very heavy, chunky snow. A hollow victory but on the very positive side, 59 yrs. old and not sore the next day at all
