December Exercise Challenge
 
If dancing through the holidays won't provide enough exercise to meet your goals, we can help!

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

I won't meet all of my exercise goals in November, but I'm going to try again in December: 1200 minutes, including 8x stretch + 8x ST

December goal - intentional exercise, hoping for at least 5X a week for at least 30 min. each session. If I shovel snow, I usually count those minutes at half. So, 600 minutes but hoping for more. I'm keeping my goal modest so I don't beat myself up if I don't do that great.
