I have a stress ball that vibrates when you pull the string - a vibrator!!!

I got it at the premiere of "what planet are you from"....its funny!!!

I also have the office supply thing - I love different coloured post it notes and hard cover workbooks....I am mad...also, nice pens!!

Well, its about that time to get the **** out for the weekend.

I was bad tonight. I am so out of points and I have been trying to make up points all week from my disasterous weekend and tonight I was just going to eat veggies (for lunch too). Did great until an hour ag when I went crazy and ate 4...that is right, 4 packages of instant oatmeal. I don't even like instant oatmeal. Now my tummy will be full for weigh in not to mention that I am WAY over points for the week. One more week of a gain or maintain. The only plus for today is that for the first time in months I got my water in (trying to avoid food) and I worked oput at the gym for 1hr. But those points do not cover the damage I have done this week.

I am going to start over tomorrow and go to bed now so I don't eat more. I hate being fat, I just wish I would remember that when I start a binge. Why when I start a binge do I feel momentarily thin or don't cvare or something

Ok, sorry for the downer post. Tomorrow I will post glowing results of more perfict day.
