Hi everyone, I'd like to join in as well! I came close to goal last challenge and fudged it up in the end w/a binge. I am hoping to stay on course this time around without too many detours, especially so close to the end of the month like I did last time.
My starting weight as of May 1, 2015 - 234.2 (1.2 higher than my lowest thus far of 233)
My goal weight on May 31, 2015 - 228
I plan to reach my goal of 6.2 lbs. down in the next 30 days by eating between 1470-1700 calories (beginning May 2nd-May 31) and working out w/my Leslie Sansone Walk At Home the 1 mile walk 5x a week, increasing the workout to 1 1/2 mile by Mother's Day 5/10 and 2 miles by 5/20.

As of May 2nd I am 1 lb. down with 5.2 to go *woohoo* lol.
As of May 5th I am 2.2 lbs. down with 4 lbs. to go! <3 Hoping this trend continues to goal <3.
As of May May 6th I am 3.4 lbs. down with 2.8 lbs. to go! <3 Thank you God feeling so blessed and emotional right now, didn't expect this so soon!
As of May 8th I am 3.6 lbs. down with 2.6 lbs. to go! <3
As of May 9th I am 3.8 lbs. down with 2.4 lbs. to go! <3
As of May 10th I am 4.2 lbs. down with 2 lbs. to go! <3
As of May 16th I am 4.6 lbs. down with 1.6 lbs. to go! <3
As of May 17th I am 227.8 which is -.2 of my goal, I made it wowsers! Since there are 2 more weeks in this month I'm going to try for 228 clothed lol which is about another 2 lbs. .
As of May 24th I am 226.6 which is -1.4 below my goal, however tonight was a overeating night for me. I will be back on track tomorrow.
As of May 31st I am 226.2 which is -1.8 below my goal, so grateful as its been a struggle and I've fallen down multiple times this past couple of weeks but I'm still here fighting, never give up!

My goal (besides my weight loss goal) is to get a gripe on eating healthy. I want to plan my meals out ahead of time at least 4 times a week, while using the plate method to make sure I'm hitting nutritional needs.
Ready to join up again on this countdown thread. I don't know what I can accomplish, as I foresee some bad stuff coming this month. Please please please, can I have 5lb taken off in May?
