I don't know about this. I was so busy this morning and I still have to make a stop on my way to work for 3-11. I didn't get a walk in. And I have a couple more evening shifts to go. It's easier to walk on any other shift.
I'm not over fifty miles yet and it's the 17th already. But I have walked alot more than other months so that's good.

OK Semo I'm-m-m-m-m b-a-a-c-k!!!!!!!!!!!!


180 minutes of walking logged in so far this past week. Gave up on the rain stopping...so of course it stopped. Also got the Leslie Sansome 3 Pk. for future rainy days.

I am going to go for a total of 800 minutes this month since I started so late...so I have

585 to go!!

Alright, i'm not going to make my minutes this month, being that I had to take a week off, because I got sick and the other being that exercising this month, feel like i'm being made to eat my veggies! lol
