  • I don't know about this. I was so busy this morning and I still have to make a stop on my way to work for 3-11. I didn't get a walk in. And I have a couple more evening shifts to go. It's easier to walk on any other shift.
    I'm not over fifty miles yet and it's the 17th already. But I have walked alot more than other months so that's good.

    180 minutes of walking logged in so far this past week. Gave up on the rain stopping...so of course it stopped. Also got the Leslie Sansome 3 Pk. for future rainy days.

    I am going to go for a total of 800 minutes this month since I started so late...so I have

  • It's been a rough morning, my knee has been feeling real stiff so I cut the workout short today but thank goodness I did move a little!
