Good point Wuv! When I was in Weight Watchers (which obviously didn't work for me) I was about to go on a cruise and was so worried about the food. I was advised by WW that I was going to see Alaska and not eat! I had never thought about it that way and boy did it make a difference.

I try to be aware of my surrounding now and really take things in...like Wuv said it's about life and living! Thanks for the reminder!!!

this is soo true! its my first day and i almost cheated but this site has saved me from cheating! 3 months for 50lbs is more than worth it!
