My birthday is right by yours on the 29th and I want, will be at goal by then.

I have the exercise thing down...that's not my problem.
It's the eating for me. I don't particularly like tracking. I can do it and have done it but it's so tedious to me and I get lazy and just don't like doing it.
But I know I can do it. I just need to start adding more fruits/veggies in at every meal.
Okay, So I'm working on the eating thing.
I definitely had more veggies/fruits today.
1/2 banana with breakfast
1/2 apple for a snack
cucumbers for snack while making lunch
salad with lunch
green beans with dinner
but....my friend wanted something cold and ice creamy and I gave in and got something too. A rolo blizzard-snack size. 400 calories. Still in a good calorie range for the day though. No more snacks for me tonight though!!
Hi i am up 3 pounds this week, ugh! Not losing hope tho will keep chugging along. I gave in to a few temptations this week and I had 3 functions to attend. I grossly underestimated the amount of points that I ate. The victory is that I still went and weighed in even tho I knew I had gained. Hope this week is better!!
