Up 3.2 pounds this week, ugh!!!!! TOM, ugh!!!! Well this is not how I pictured it but I will keep chugging down this water and hope for a whoosh at the scale next week.

linjber-i plan on relaxing and doing nothing!!

I forgot the password to my account so I had to re-do it. This time I wrote the password down...lol! One thing I have learned at 3fc is not to give up. Normally when I'm trying and I don't see results I give up, this time I did give in for a week and had one heck of a pity party but now I'm back. So even tho im a little shy of being at onderland like I had hoped I still feel like a winner!!!! Thanks 3FC!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I started at 190.0 and ended at 177.2, so I lost 12.8 pounds - just a bit over my goal. Thanks for helping me stay on track for these 5 weeks. Time flies by so quickly!
