I havent had pizza in forever. I had a hotdog the other day and i paid for it. All week i felt heavy and horrible. Only lost 0.5 at WI, this week for some reason on the scale at home i am showing almost 7lbs heavier than at WI 3 days ago. Its really makin me nervous. I dont understand it at all... specially since i havent eaten anything to put my weight up. no high sodium stuff.

I had three slices of cheese which was 12 points. Naked Pizza just opened by our house. They use wheat crust and I think organic toppings. All that hippy stuff. It's actually delicious. I went to their website for nutritional info and figured that a large pizza (14") is only 4p+ per slice. Which is awesome in my book! Not sure if they are a nationwide chain or what. There are now two here in New Orleans.

WI this morning wasn't too bad. I was down 1.6 bringing the total to 28.6! I was excited considering I kinda screwed up on the weekend (crabmeat ravioli in cream sauce, hamburger w/ a few fries and then pizza). I am happy with my loss this week, but I could have been better. I have not been able to 'go' for 4 days, sorry for the TMI! But the first thing i thought after WI was that I could have lost more if I wasn't having this problem. Sorry once again for the TMI!
