Down 2 pounds already at 202. Had a slip-up a few minutes ago: I was craving popcorn so I made a bag and had a small bowl. Over my carbs by quite a bit today but at least the craving is gone. Hoping to hit onederland soon!

OK, had a little drop already. That's the advantage of day 1 ain't it!

Had a picture perfect day dietwise. Otherwise, had to leave work early to avoid being trapped on the wrong side of our rising river. I'm not expecting to get flooded, but many people in our area will.

Made soup tonight - gr beef, diced tomatoes, paprika, garlic, parsley, beef broth, sour cream - sort of goulash? Made it up - delish by the way. Probly be my lunch tomorrow.

Day 5 back on Atkins. I'm down a pound from 203 to 202. Maybe something exciting will happen by Thursday or Friday. Actually, I'm going to be glad about that pound. Have a great week.

GEESH! Since starting the challenge, I'm up 4 pounds! Granted, one day I went over my 30-carb allowance by eating movie popcorn, but 4 pounds?! I made a vow to exercise every day this week for at least 60 mins/day so hopefully the scale will budge in my favor.

Yep I want to join! I have a goal of at least 40 lbs from the start of atkins to july 22nd. I am more then half way there! If I can lose another 15 by the 4th I will be 2lbs away from that goal and maybe can do a little more then that! Good luck to everyone. Starting at 189 for me need to be 174 by the 4th!

The recipe is what you'd expect from the actual sandwich. "Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce cheese, pickles, onions." All without the bun. The recipe can be found here:

Down another POUND! OK, scales moving the right way. GOGOGO!!!

Had a great day at work, no really. Finished some stuff I had left yesterday. Weather was partly sunny instead of deluge level rain. The river isn't through rising I don't think, but they have build burms at the roads that go down to the water - which actually has come to the tops of the roads - so the roads just look like a dips in the levees right now.

Kel, you're doing great! Keep it up!

For some reason I have a feeling that I might see onederland on the scales tomorrow...a 2 pounds drop overnight is a lot but I don't know, I just FEEL like it might happen.

I'm going to try to not be disappointed if I don't!

Bettyboop, if you go to the "Recipes from 'What's for Dinner?' thread on this board, I have posted the recipe for sugar-free thousand island dressing (special sauce) and my tweaks on the Big Mac in a Bowl.

It's delicious.

Crossing my fingers and toes for your Onderland, Linsy...and mine. I hope I can get back to Onderland next week. I'd like to lose two more pounds this week; then I can get to Onederland again! I liked it there.

WAY TO GO, LINSY!
