I'm not sure it will actually be able to compete with actual ice cream, but considering the fact that a frozen banana can turn into a sweet, creamy, dessert-like treat is pretty fascinating to me.
I had to keep in mind that it would still have a banana taste since I'm not all that much of a banana eater to begin with. For my diet it's really nice because I can have this and not use up any starches or dairy for my day. I get limited amounts of those, and I generally don't crave fruit, so this is a good alternative especially if the fruit at the store looks a bit icky.
